Booking Online

Booking your cleaner is simple through our online booking system. Just choose the type of service and the frequency you require, the time and date of your first clean, and tell us where we need to come. You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’re done.

We understand that not everyone is happy with booking online, and that’s absolutely fine! You can request a call back or send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to go through your requirements and get you booked in.

Yes please. We’ll take your payment information when you book your appointment and your payment will be processed securely through Stripe.

Yes. If you don’t want to pay by card you can make your payment by bank transfer (BACS) or by standing order. The funds will need to have arrived in our account prior to your appointment. If you book an office cleaning service you will be invoiced monthly and can choose to pay by credit/debit card or BACS.

You’ll receive an email confirming your booking request straight away. This is just to let you know that your booking has been processed and that nothing went wrong when making the booking. At our end we’ll match you up with one of our professional cleaners and assign them to your booking. Then, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know that you’re all booked in.

Cancelling or amending your booking is easy. You can make changes by logging in to your account or by contacting us through our online form. If you need to cancel your booking please give us at least 48 hours notice or a cancellation fee of £40 will be charged. If you need to amend the time of your booking or the type of service we require one weeks notice to allow us to amend staff rotas. We may not be able to honour your requested changes if you fail to give us the minimum notice required.

Yes, when booking your domestic cleaning service you can choose to book a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly slot when you book online and you’ll be rewarded with a discount based on the frequency of your bookings. Once you’ve booked your regular slot we try our best to send you the same cleaner so you know who you’re expecting and so they can get to know your home and your preferences.

With growing number of cleaners working flexible hours we can sometimes accept bookings with short notice. Please be aware that this isn’t always possible and that we usually ask for a minimum of five days notice so please contact us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

How We Work

The price you see when you book is the price you pay. Our cleaning services in Nuneaton are priced on a per job basis rather than per hour, with discounts available for regular domestic cleaning and extra cleaning services available when making your booking. We are not an agency and do not add any hidden fees or charges to your final price. To find out how much you’ll pay for your property you can create a booking on the site.
We charge a set price per job based on the number of rooms we’ll be cleaning. This allows our cleaners to work until the job is done and means you’ll know exactly what we’re providing. Your cleaner will work to a checklist to ensure everything we’ve said we’ll clean is cleaned during their visit.

When you book a regular cleaning slot we’ll work with you to determine the level of cleaning you require but typically your regular cleaning service will include all floors being vacuumed or mopped, dusting of all surfaces, pictures, shelves, furniture, and cleaning mirrors and interior windows.

Kitchen worktops will be cleaned along with tiles and splashbacks, a hob, sink and taps, cupboard doors and drawers and the fronts of any kitchen appliances.

Bathroom cleaning will typically include cleaning any tiles, chrome, and mirrors as well as cleaning, scrubbing and descaling your toilet, bath, shower, wash basin.

We advise customers to tidy away personal belongings and important documents and to clear your rooms of any clutter that could delay your cleaner from carrying out their work. If our cleaners have to tidy up there will be a £10 tidying charge per room added to your bill due to the additional time and effort needed.

Your cleaner will aim to arrive at your home at the time you booked but please allow 30 minutes to take into account traffic or other unexpected delays. If you do need to leave your house at a set time we recommend that you book an earlier slot to give us plenty of time to get to you or arrange to have a key left somewhere safe if you’ve not provided us with one.

How We Operate

Yes, there’s no requirement to be at home when your cleaner arrives. When you book a regular cleaning slot you can choose to leave a set of keys with your cleaner or have them secured in a keysafe on your property.

Please ensure you have a vacuum cleaner for your cleaner. If you don’t have one, be sure to let us know in the comments when making your booking and we’ll provide one. For one-time cleans we’ll arrive with everything else needed to make your home sparkle. When you book a regular cleaning slot you can decide if you want us to use our products or if you’ll be providing everything we need.

Your cleaner will be equipped with the following:

  • Scourers, sponges, and cloths
  • Limescale remover
  • Gloves

Yes. If you have certain requirements or would like us to only use green or eco-friendly cleaning products in your property please let us know when making your booking and have them ready for your cleaner when they arrive to clean your home.

An end of tenancy clean can protect your deposit from your landlord or bring your home up to a hygienic liveable standard if you’re a landlord with a property left in a poor state from previous tenants. Also ideal if you’re buying or selling a home and want to have it deep cleaned throughout. For furnished properties please book a Deep Clean.

Ideal if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while or if it just needs some special attention to get it back to its best, our Deep Clean service is an intense clean for furnished properties.

No, we’re not a cleaning agency. All of our cleaners are employed by Kaplan Cleaning Services. This means you won’t pay us any type of ‘finders fee’.

No. Looking after our staff is our number one priority, that’s why we pay them well and why we employ the best cleaners in Nuneaton, Bedworth, and North Warwickshire. Our cleaning staff are paid the National Living Wage (currently £9.00 per hour) which allows us to attract experienced hard-working professional cleaners.

We’ll sack them, no second chances. Just kidding! If your regular cleaner goes on holiday we’ll arrange for another professional cleaner to clean your property. If your cleaner is unwell we’ll do our very best to arrange a replacement to cover the same slot. If we do have any issues we’ll contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our public liability insurance policy to ensure that your property and belongings are protected in the event of an accident.

If you book a regular domestic cleaning service you’ll be rewarded with 10% off for weekly cleans or 5% for a fortnightly service. We also offer 10% off all cleans to emergency service workers. Proof of employment is required.

Yes. Regular clean customers can refer a friend and you’ll both get 10% off. Your friend will get 10% off their first clean and we’ll apply your 10% discount on your next weekly or fortnightly booking.

Refer Kaplan Cleaning to an office manager or business owner and we’ll give you 10% off your regular cleaning bill for life when they sign up for regular office cleaning in Nuneaton or Bedworth.
